Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to perform a variety of upkeep tasks on a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 to 17:00.

The role requires at least 1 year of building maintenance experience and proficiency in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and related handyman skills. Responsibilities include repairing plumbing fixtures and drains, installing and repairing wiring, performing drywall repairs and painting, and overseeing maintenance work and

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
• Installing appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Cleaning and maintenance of communal areas.
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work by outside contractors when necessary.
