Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to perform a range of building upkeep tasks.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and requires at least one year of hands-on building maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and general handyman duties. The role involves repairing facilities, maintaining inventories, and coordinating with external contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and various handyman-related skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
• Installing appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
