JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to join our facilities team in the Daleville area.

The role requires hands-on experience with general maintenance tasks and preventive care, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8-5. Candidates should have at least 1 year of building maintenance experience and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and various handyman-related skills.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Repair toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replace carpets and wooden floors.
• Install and repair wires, plugs, and switches.
• Install appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in communal areas.
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
