Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a reliable building maintenance technician to handle electrical, plumbing, drywall, and flooring tasks. You will perform repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance, with coordination of outside contractors as needed.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, on-site. Candidates must have at least 1 year of building maintenance experience and demonstrate attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring and handyman tasks.
• Ability to estimate repair scope and manage supplies.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
• Installing appliances
• Drywall repairs and painting
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors in communal areas
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
