Job summary

JT Solution Partners, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance worker in Indiana to perform routine maintenance and repairs in facilities.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, drywall, and flooring, plus general handyman tasks. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with responsibilities including preventive maintenance, contractor oversight, and timely completion of repair orders.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and handyman-related skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
• Installing appliances
• Drywall repairs and painting
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
