Job summary

JT Solution Partners, Inc. is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to support building operations. The role requires practical skills across electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and general handyman tasks in a Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule.

Candidates should have at least one year in building maintenance and be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of coordinating with contractors. The position covers routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of communal areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring and handyman tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
• Installing appliances
• Drywall repairs and painting
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
