Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team in Ohio.

This role requires hands-on work in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and other handyman tasks, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will repair toilets, sinks, and drains; replace carpets and floors; install wiring and appliances; perform drywall repairs, painting, and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and handyman tasks.
• Able to operate independently and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
• Installing appliances
• Drywall repairs and painting
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary #JTSPHaley
