Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to keep our facilities safe and functional. The role requires at least one year of building maintenance experience and proficiency in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and general handyman tasks.

You will perform repairs, install fixtures, manage routine preventive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors as needed. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an emphasis on timely completion and attention to

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and flooring.
• Handyman skills across common building trades.

Responsibilities

• Repair and unclog toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replace carpets and wooden floors.
• Install and repair wires, plugs, and switches.
• Install appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in communal areas.
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
