Job summary

JT Solution Partners, Inc. is seeking a building maintenance technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role covers electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and general handyman duties with a focus on completing work orders efficiently.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of building maintenance experience and be able to manage routine preventive maintenance, inventory, and coordination with outside contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and handyman tasks.
• Able to complete work orders timely and maintain supplies.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
• Installing appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
