Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our facilities team in Fort Wayne, IN. The role requires at least 1 year of building maintenance experience and proficiency in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and flooring.

You will perform repairs, install appliances, maintain inventory, and coordinate with outside contractors as needed. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with opportunities to contribute to preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and flooring.
• Able to perform handyman tasks and basic repairs.
• Willing to perform routine preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
• Installing appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
