Greystar is hiring a Service Technician in Denver, CO. You will perform technical and mechanical tasks to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities in top condition, while following safety standards and property procedures.

The role involves repairing, maintaining, and documenting work orders, assisting with make-ready inspections, and ensuring compliance with HOA and safety guidelines. Onsite with full benefits and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/2 or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.
• OSHA/safety training or equivalent is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs in accordance with policy and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready processes for vacant units and inspect all work.
• Track inventory and manage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Complete timely documentation for service requests and inspections.
• Assist in grounds and common area maintenance and safety compliance.
