Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards across our Colorado properties. You will diagnose defects, perform preventive maintenance, and complete make-ready tasks for vacant units.

The role requires EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Completes work orders and makes-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Inspects and maintains grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet safety standards.
