Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Lakewood, CO to perform technical maintenance across property buildings, grounds, and common areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and function. You will diagnose issues, repair per policy, and document work performed.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, performing preventive maintenance, supporting cost-control efforts, and maintaining accurate records while complying with OSHA and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required.
• State and local certification as required for service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on-property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant homes, inspect, and coordinate required tasks.
• Track inventory, return items to designated locations, and notify supervisor for re-orders.

Education

EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification
