Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties in the Denver area. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform make‑ready work on vacant units, and keep common areas in top condition.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Perform make‑ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors.
• Manage materials inventory and re‑order needs with maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests to enable tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean and paint as needed.
• Support cost‑control by repairing instead of replacing when possible.
