Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and make-ready tasks across residential buildings. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling
• State and Local jurisdictions certifications
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs in accordance with policies, procedures, safety standards and codes.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant homes, including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track inventory and coordinate materials and tools with maintenance.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Assist in cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.

Education
