Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to uphold property standards, maintain grounds and assist service teams at a Greystar-managed community in Colorado. The role requires physical tasks, safety adherence, and responsive resident support.

Responsibilities include cleaning, turnover prep, lock changes, safety reporting, and assisting in turn processes while working on-site in all weather. A valid driver\'s license is required to operate on-site equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas."
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates are functioning per safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide responsive customer service to residents and address maintenance concerns.
• Comply with OSHA and safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
