Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Service Technician in Westminster, CO to perform maintenance and ensure property conditions meet company standards. Responsibilities include handling work orders, preventive maintenance, and completing the make-ready process for new move-ins.

You will inspect, repair, and maintain building components, assist with grounds and common areas, and help control costs through efficient use of materials. A flexible schedule and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing (make-ready) and inspect/punch list items.
• Source and track materials, equipment, and tools; notify supervisor on re-orders.
