Candidates should have at least 1 year of maintenance experience and be able to manage repair orders, estimate time requirements, and supervise any outside contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Capable of handling various handyman tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair and unclog toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replace carpets and wooden floors.
• Install and repair wires, plugs, and switches.
• Install appliances.
• Perform drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders promptly.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work by outside contractors when needed.
