Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. seeks an on-site building maintenance technician to perform repairs and routine maintenance in our facilities. The role requires working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and proficiency across electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and general handyman tasks.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of maintenance experience and be comfortable coordinating with outside contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and handyman tasks.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Repair toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replace carpets and wooden floors.
• Install and repair wires, plugs, and switches.
• Install appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders promptly.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work by outside contractors as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches

• Drywall repairs and painting
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
