Job summary

JT Solution Partners, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to join our facility team. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, drywall, and flooring, and involves repairing and maintaining building systems.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of maintenance experience and be able to manage schedule, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors. The position is Monday through Friday 8-5pm in Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and flooring.
• Ability to repair and maintain facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and unclog toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replace carpets and wooden floors.
• Install and repair wires, plugs, and switches.
• Install appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in communal areas.
• Complete work orders on time and estimate repair scope and duration.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
