Job summary

The Park at Franklin is seeking an experienced leasing specialist to manage apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals at our Somerset-area community. The role requires Saturday availability and a proactive approach to generating traffic and securing occupancy.

You will interact with prospective and current residents, process applications, and coordinate lease signings while ensuring accuracy in the property management system and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management settings is preferred.
• Ability to work Saturdays is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone and email promptly.
• Show apartments and model units; prepare and process applications.
• Schedule lease signings within 24 hours of approval and collect deposits.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing records in the PMS and related systems.
• Support marketing efforts and resident outreach activities.
