Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Fair Housing training or certification encouraged within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with rental applications and deposits.
• Maintain model and target apartments, and keep office clean and organized.
• Know lease terms, rates, amenities, and policies; use sales techniques.
• Curate information for apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Develop resident retention programs under supervision.
• Handle resident requests and complaints professionally.
