• Assist applicant in completing rental application and collect security deposit.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show; maintain work areas and office in clean, orderly condition.
• Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and community policies.
• Know telephone and sales techniques and Fair Housing standards.
• Maintain knowledge of current rental rates, sizes, locations and amenities.
• Maintain market surveys and process administrative forms and reports.
