Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to show and lease apartments and support the community's marketing plan. You will be responsible for presenting properties, collecting deposits, and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

The role requires knowledge of Fair Housing, lease terms, and strong customer service. You will maintain files, update market surveys, and help retain residents while supporting the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC standards is required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing policies is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents and support the community's marketing plan.
• Assist applicants in completing rental applications and collect security deposits.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
