Job summary

The Park at Franklin is seeking a motivated Leasing & Resident Services Consultant to join our Somerset, NJ community. This role focuses on apartment leasing, resident relations, and delivering outstanding service to current and prospective residents.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and organized, with strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Saturday availability is required to support weekend leasing activity and resident events.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the apartment leasing process, from prospect follow-up through move-in.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, applicants, vendors, associates, and company representatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address resident questions and concerns.
• Maintain awareness of property performance goals, including occupancy and leasing activity, and contribute to achieving those goals.
• Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and team regarding availability and leasing activity.
• Conduct property and apartment tours and communicate community amenities and services.
• Generate purchase orders (POs) and assist with invoice processing.
• Enter and follow up on maintenance service requests as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure leasing and resident information is current.
• Support property events and resident activities to enhance the resident experience.
• Collaborate with team members to present the community at the highest level.
