Responsibilities

• Greets prospects, conducts community tours, shows apartments, and processes applications with credit and background checks.
• Prepares lease and move-in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Monitors market conditions, develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Uses on-site management software to track apartment availability, traffic, and leasing data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner concerns and documents requests for action.
