Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tigard, OR to coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals and resident relations. You will qualify prospects, prepare leases, tour models, and ensure a smooth move-in process across properties.

The role requires superb customer service, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Yardi Voyager and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Tour model apartments and orient prospective and current residents to the property.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
