Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage apartment rentals, move-ins and renewals, and to maintain strong resident relationships. You will interact with prospective renters and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction while ensuring accuracy in lease documentation and reporting.

The role requires excellent customer service, familiarity with leasing software (Yardi Voyager preferred), and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documents are delivered monthly.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity in the system.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
