Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will handle tours, applications, screenings, and move-ins while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities include selling leases, maintaining show-ready units, tracking data in property software, implementing marketing campaigns, and supporting renewal activities.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects to drive occupancy.
• Coordinate tours and lease signings with accuracy.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through lease terms and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any repairs.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions.
• Create marketing traffic through online and onsite channels.
• Use property software to track vacancies and tenant data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Address resident or owner concerns promptly and coordinate resolutions.
