Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor in Alexandria, VA to lead the leasing team and drive revenue while ensuring a premium resident experience. The role focuses on coaching staff, executing marketing strategies, and maintaining high service standards for a luxury living environment.

The position requires 1–3 years of multifamily or related experience, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, and a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily experience or related experience in hotel, retail or restaurant environment.
• 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and executing an effective sales and marketing strategy; coach leasing consultants to achieve goals.
• Lease apartment homes; present and educate residents and prospects on community information.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer experience.
• Support residents during move-in, renewals, move-out, and transfers.
• Survey market conditions and stay informed on competitive communities.
• Plan and execute resident activities to foster positive community connections.
• Follow Vivmark policies and ensure compliance with fair housing laws.

Education
