Alchemy is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Finance team in San Francisco. You will own daily AP activities, ensure accurate invoice coding, timely payments, and maintain vendor records across NetSuite, Zip, and Ramp.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive communication, and strong collaboration with Accounting and procurement teams. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will support month-end close, vendor tax docs, and internal audits while driving workflow

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years in accounts payable or related operations.
• Curiosity to improve processes and take initiative.
• Solid understanding of invoice coding, POs, terms, and accruals.

Aufgaben

• Manage AP inbox and process invoices; serve as primary vendor contact.
• Code vendor invoices in Zip and NetSuite; ensure documentation and PO matching.
• Prepare payment batches; monitor deadlines and approvals; assist onboarding.
