Kiewit Business Services (KBS) is seeking an AP Processing Supervisor to lead 8-10 AP Leads and Specialists, drive performance, and develop a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Located on the LaVista, NE campus with potential hybrid flexibility, this role focuses on delivering exceptional service, mentoring staff, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 AP Leads and Specialists.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and employee development.
• Manage daily workloads and team priorities to ensure service, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead implementation of operational enhancements.
• Monitor team performance and use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and talent development initiatives.
• Maintain procedures, training materials, and departmental documentation.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.
• Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.
