Job summary

MX Holdings, headquartered in St. Louis, MO, seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team in a multi-location manufacturing environment. You will ensure timely processing of invoices, maintain internal controls, and drive policy compliance.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of AP experience, including 2+ years in supervision, with strong communication and analytical skills to support a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting. Hybrid work schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive accounts payable experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of accounts payable professionals.
• Manage workload distribution and ensure training and coverage for AP functions.
• Review AP batches for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor AP aging, accruals, and vendor records for proper application.
• Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports.
