Job summary

The role requires ensuring timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and other payments, while resolving escalated issues and coaching AP staff.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounts payable (5+ if non-degreed), strong Excel and ERP knowledge, and the ability to drive process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years AP/accounting experience if degreed; 5+ years if non-degreed.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and general accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP activities ensuring timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and check requests.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Provide training and leadership to AP Coordinators; support process improvements.
