Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Accounts Payable to lead a fast-moving North American AP team. You will coach specialists, ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments, and drive improvements with Finance, Procurement and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations within a large, fast-paced organization.
• 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees.
• English required; French an asset.
• Experience using ERP systems, invoice processing platforms, and financial applications.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Accounts Payable Specialists across North America.
• Oversee day-to-day AP operations ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor performance, workload, and process improvements; provide guidance to meet KPIs.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Treasury and business teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on escalations and inquiries.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
