Job summary

Integrated Metal Products, a manufacturer of mobile and modular buildings, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to handle accounts payable and receivable and maintain financial data in our systems. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.

You will process invoices, perform month-end activities, reconcile journals, and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial records. Some evenings or weekends may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

Responsibilities

• Process and record financial data and/or statistical records.
• Maintain financial data and/or statistical records.
• Process tasks related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Conduct weekly meetings with team members regarding accounting transactions.
• Reconcile journals, subsidiary ledgers and accounting records.
• Maintain tax accounts receivable and collection records.
• Prepare statements, reports and analyses of complex financial transactions; Excel experience required.
• Month End Reporting.
• Perform other clerical and project-based duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
