Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk for a long-term temporary assignment in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely processing of invoices and payments, and maintaining clean financial records.

You will support daily accounting operations and collaborate with the team under supervision. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP/AR, strong data entry skills, and QuickBooks Online experience;

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or general accounting.
• QuickBooks Online experience required.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with good judgment.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry.
• Enter, review, and maintain accurate financial information.
• Assist with processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate with the team to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information.
• Help maintain accurate records during the company's transition to a new accounting system.
