Job summary

Dynamic Blending Specialists is seeking an AP/AR clerk to maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities. You will support monthly closings, manage accounts payable, reconcile bank and credit card activity, process contractor payments, and help resolve customer chargebacks.

The role requires attention to confidentiality, solid ledger knowledge, and proficiency with Excel. Collaboration with the accounting team is essential to ensure accuracy and efficiency across operations.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of general ledger accounting practices and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite and Bill.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for multiple entities and support timely month-end closings.
• Handle accounts payable processes: approvals, entry, check runs, and vendor files.
• Reconcile corporate credit card and bank transactions monthly.
• Process 1099 contractor payments and W-9 collection/entry.
• Assist in preparing custom financial and business analysis reports.
