Job summary

ARCH Global Precision is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage accounts payable/receivable, billing, and cash reporting. You will review general ledger balances, assist with monthly closings, and coordinate with HR on employee loans. Strong Excel and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years accounting, AP/AR, or related experience preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting of daily cash and weekly aging balance.
• Reconcile customer AR balances with electronic billing systems.
• Review expense accounts monthly and reclassify as needed.
• Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts monthly.
• Support monthly financial closings and audits.
