Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Inovah, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices with three-way matching.
• Schedule and process vendor payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Process customer rebates on a monthly basis.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Process vendor account refunds as needed.
• Assist with bank reconciliation items and month-end activities.
• Record customer payments and maintain accurate account balances.
• Provide and distribute customer invoices per requests.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Process ACH payments on a weekly basis and as needed.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Post and validate all collections in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Collaborate with internal team members to resolve missing invoices and payment issues.
