Responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs.
• Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision.
• Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed.
• Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently with clear communication.
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service with empathy and patience.
• Live chat, SMS, and email support.
