• Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed.
• Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication.
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience.
