Cribl is hiring an Analytics Lead to serve as an internal data consultant and product owner. You will own the internal Data UX across GTM, People, Finance, and other units, turning ambiguous business questions into self-serve data solutions that drive decisions.

You will combine management consulting rigor with hands-on data skills, partnering with senior stakeholders and leveraging AI tools to push for faster, smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or related role with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers and marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (Looker, Sigma).
• Fluency in business language; use AI-assisted modeling to move faster.
• Experience building or directing predictive models (propensity, churn) and experiments.
• Track record presenting analyses to executives that influenced decisions.
• Strong written communication: turn analysis into a memo a leader can act on without a meeting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders and decline requests with a clear reason.

• Product mindset: treat analytics as a product and deliver actionable analyses quickly.
• Problem framing and translation: define requirements from ambiguous questions and own analytics end-to-end.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management: partner with leaders to align priorities and drive clarity.
• AI tooling: leverage AI to boost analytical capabilities and efficiency.
• Analytics liaison: advise marketing on campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
