Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, Finance, and other functions. You will design self-serve data solutions and own the Data UX for internal stakeholders, working across time zones in a remote-first environment.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or related role with partnership with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers, with hands-on marketing analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stack and BI tools with semantic layers.

Responsibilities

• Executive storytelling and audience tailoring for decisions.
• Product mindset: analytics as a product with impact-driven prioritization.
• Problem framing and translation: define analytics requirements from questions.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and strategic partnership.
• AI tooling to enhance analytical capabilities and efficiency.
• Analytics liaison for marketing data, attribution, and funnel analytics guidance.
