Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, and Finance. You will design self-serve data solutions and own the Data UX for internal stakeholders.

You will translate analyses into executive storytelling, treat analytics as a product, and work with cross-functional teams to drive decisions using AI tooling. The base salary range and comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics (attribution, funnel analysis).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (Omni, Looker, Sigma).
• Fluency with AI-assisted modeling and strong business knowledge with SQL ability.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences to drive decisions.
• Treat analytics as a product: prioritize impact, maintain a shared plan, build actionable analyses.
• Frame ambiguous questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, guiding priorities and decisions around analytics.
• Strategically leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
• Advise on marketing data, including campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
