Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive the growth strategy for major platform partnerships. You will own the analytics portfolio, size growth opportunities, shape product decisions, and measure impact across growth, risk, and profitability.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing teams to build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows, while mentoring analysts and advancing analytics practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and Python skills, including statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Experience with A/B testing and practical analytics.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize analytics portfolio for a major product or business area.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, and unit economics.
• Translate analytic findings into narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Design actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economics.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytics practices and tools.
