Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategy for major platform partnerships, size growth opportunities, shape product and investment decisions, and measure impact of key initiatives.

You will collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing teams, bringing a General Manager mindset, strong analytical skills, and deep knowledge of lending and payments to scale trusted insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product, risk, or business decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills, including statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Experience translating analyses into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into clear narratives and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Design actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economics.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.
