Philip Morris International is seeking a Manager, Strategic Account Performance to drive data-driven sales insights and planning for small to mid-sized retailers. You will develop strategic account plans, analyze promotions, and collaborate with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities, delivering compelling business insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Consumer Packaged Goods experience required.
• Sales and/or Trade Marketing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with small to mid-sized chain retailers.
• Analyze sales data (STR, RSD, Consumer Research) to provide actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate promotions and campaigns and recommend improvements based on performance.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify client needs and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present business insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and promotional plans to support sales growth.
• Lead planning and optimization of promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and joint business initiatives.
• Monitor pricing performance and optimize promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
• Stay current on industry trends and apply innovative approaches to account management.
• Foster collaboration, creativity, and excellence across the team.
