Job summary

NET2SOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Manager to oversee domestic and permanent employee relocations across the Americas. You will act as a primary contact for employees, providing guidance, handling complex scenarios, and coordinating with immigration counsel, RMCs, and vendors.

The role requires deep knowledge of U.S. relocation processes, tax, payroll, and real estate considerations, plus excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Global Mobility experience focused on the Americas.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. relocation processes: domestic relocations, permanent moves, immigration, tax, payroll, home sale/purchase.
• Familiarity with the U.S. residential real estate purchase process; Buyer Value Option (BVO) transactions is a plus.
• Experience partnering with Relocation Management Companies, immigration firms, and other mobility vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and manage day-to-day U.S. relocation cases in partnership with RMC for mobility programs across the Americas.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees throughout relocation, providing timely guidance and issue resolution.
• Assess and communicate complex relocation scenarios involving tax, immigration, payroll, home sale, and home purchase considerations.
• Coordinate with immigration counsel and providers to support the full immigration case lifecycle for foreign national employees.
• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers on mobility policies and options.
• Monitor vendors and ensure compliance with company policies and laws; manage service delivery and performance.
• Collaborate with global teams across regions and time zones; adapt to changing priorities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects related to Global Mobility programs.
• Handle multiple mobility cases and priorities in a high-volume environment with accuracy and customer focus.
