WorkFlex is seeking a Global Mobility Compliance Specialist based in the United States to own the US and broader Americas region. You will translate federal and state tax, payroll, social security, employment law, and immigration requirements into practical frameworks powering our automation platform, and you will build a trusted network of local experts across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Global Mobility or related field.
• Knowledge of US visa categories and Americas landscape.
• Experience building partner networks with external experts.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in automation.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Based in the United States and able to work across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Translate US/Americas compliance into practical frameworks for the platform.
• Apply visa knowledge (B-1/B-2, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1) across regions.
• Map payroll tax nexus and I-9/E-Verify obligations.
• Build cost projections for US/Americas assignments.
• Build and manage a network of local partners across the region.
• Be the go-to Americas compliance expert for clients and teams.
• Refine automated mobility processes with regulatory updates.
